My name is Brock Foreman. I’m the freelancer/owner behind Two Lights Consulting, an efficient public relations and marketing agency supporting small and medium-sized businesses and events nationwide.  Let my nimble agency help you manage your project or campaign and publicize your brand.

I’m a former attorney. I’ve also worked at other PR agencies where I planned and managed successful marketing communications programs for companies of every size, shape, and color.

My agency’s services include writing press releases, blog posts, and other copy.  I pitch story ideas to media.  I organize consumer press events in New York City. I do media tours in Chicago. Trade show media relations in Las Vegas? You got it.

I’ve earned coverage for my clients at every level of media–Web, print, and broadcast.  My clients love the publicity, and I love doing it.

I unleash my hurricane of creativity and ruthless marketing-communications savvy at an affordable fee from my global headquarters (home office) in a woodsy, coastal suburb of Portland, Maine.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors.  I walk my dog on the beach in the mornings.  And I’m an avid runner. I also serve as vice president on the board for the Maine Track Club, one of New England’s oldest and largest running clubs.
